Union Health Minister JP Nadda announced that Out-Patient Department (OPD) services at AIIMS, Jammu will start within two weeks, allowing patients from Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh to receive treatment locally without traveling to PGI Chandigarh or Delhi. Nadda praised AIIMS Jammu's facilities, infrastructure, equipment, appliances, and logistics, stating they are of world-class standard.
