South Australian potato grower Farmer Group received a state-of-the-art GRIMME 470 self-propelled four-row harvester, known as 'Big Baz'. The innovative machine can handle up to 45 tonnes of potatoes per hour, complementing the company's robotic washing plant. The harvester fulfills the vision of late founder Barry Farmer, who prioritized efficiency in growing 65,000 tonnes of washed potatoes and 20,000 tonnes of onions.
