Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde criticised the Congress party for accusing the BJP-led NDA of corruption. Shinde claimed the people of India are aware of the scams that occurred under the Congress-led UPA government between 2004 and 2014, including the coal allotment, Commonwealth Games, and Augusta helicopter purchase. The Congress, according to Shinde, has no moral right to speak on corruption.
