Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex experienced a fire in its multi-story car park, with thick black smoke billowing from the top. Firefighters from Brentwood, Grays, and Corringham quickly responded and managed to contain the fire within the stairwell of the roof. No injuries or vehicle damage were reported, and an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
