Albion Park mum, Daniella Lopez, faces a year-long ban from her autistic son's school, Jamberoo Public School, after being accused of illegally recording a conversation with the principal. Lopez, who denies recording the conversation, says the ban has had "devastating" consequences. Police notified her of the decision on May 30, citing the Surveillance Devices Act that prohibits the recording of private conversations without consent.
