33-year-old Ladysmith resident Tchadas Leo, who started as a part-time apprentice at age 12, won the Performer of Tomorrow award for his achievements in broadcasting.

12-year-old Tchadas Leo started as a part-time apprentice at Campbell River's local TV station, training as a junior production assistant. He later developed into a full-fledged broadcaster, storyteller, and podcast producer. Now 33, Ladysmith resident Leo has made significant progress in his career and recently won the Performer of Tomorrow award for his achievements in the broadcasting industry.
