24-year-old French striker Sandy Baltimore has joined Chelsea Women from Paris Saint-Germain on a four-year deal. Baltimore, who has 28 caps for her country and has made over 200 appearances, said she is "very happy to join Chelsea." Chelsea Women's general manager Paul Green said Baltimore will bring more competition to the squad and will be a "natural left-footed player."
