86-year-old former Irish Nationwide boss Michael Fingleton's liquidator's case has been rescheduled for early next year, pending Supreme Court approval. Fingleton, who suffers from ill health, is represented by his wife and son, who claim the case cannot be properly defended due to his incapacitation. The case against him was initiated in 2012 by the liquidators of the state-owned Irish Nationwide Building Society (INBS).
