39-year-old Beatrice man, David Warren, has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and driving under the influence causing serious bodily injuries after a crash in October that killed 53-year-old NDCS employee Bradley Kreifels and injured his wife.
Warren's blood alcohol level was found to be over twice the legal limit, and he had a revoked license with two previous DUI convictions.
He is set to be sentenced in August.
