64-year-old Carmen Thomas, an endangered woman, was reported missing from a residence on the 2500 block of Bull Swamp Road in Orangeburg's North area on July 2. She left after becoming upset, wearing green tights, a green tank top, and gold and brown sandals, carrying a suitcase. The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office is searching for her, and anyone with information is urged to contact the Orangeburg County Communications Center at 803-534-3550.
