26-year-old Brandon Partee of Humboldt, TN, faces multiple charges including fleeing or evading police on foot, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and disarming a peace officer. Murray police responded to a call about a reckless driver, located Partee's vehicle, and attempted to pull him over. Partee drove backward towards officers, fled the scene, hit a house, and resisted arrest, causing an officer's firearm to be knocked out of his hand.
