Early Saturday morning, a woman was fatally struck by a car and then a SEPTA bus in Philadelphia's Wissinoming neighborhood on Frankford Avenue. The woman was initially hit by a southbound car, which threw her into the northbound lanes where she was hit by a Route 66 bus. SEPTA is cooperating with the ongoing police investigation, and the woman's identity and age have not been disclosed.
