Woman accused of hiding drug-soaked papers in magistrate office for boyfriend. April Wright allegedly brought papers believed to be soaked in drugs into a Penn Hills magistrate's office bathroom, hiding them in the ceiling before her boyfriend, inmate Ryan Den-Zel Perry, was escorted inside. Authorities found the envelope during a safety sweep before Perry's entry, containing four blank pieces of paper.
