Windsor police arrested two suspects and issued a warrant for a third following a violent robbery in Walkerville. The victim, found unconscious outside a garage, remains in intensive care. The suspects assaulted him with weapons before fleeing. Two suspects have been arrested, and a warrant is out for 38-year-old Paul Christopher Kelly, who is wanted on charges including robbery, aggravated assault, and break-and-enter.
