West African Examination Council (WAEC) warns BECE candidates against placing money and phone numbers in answer booklets to bribe invigilators during exams. Head of Public Affairs, John Kapi, stated that such actions are punishable offences, and candidates found culpable will face severe consequences. WAEC has noticed a concerning trend of candidates attempting to solicit external help during exams by inserting phone numbers or money in their booklets.
