Uttar Pradesh govt prepares for Kanwar Yatra monitoring with a helicopter, flower shower & ID cards for pilgrims. State officials meet with representatives from other states to plan safety measures, including adherence to noise limits, restricted weapon carrying, route diversions, & CCTV & drone surveillance. The Yatra, set to start on July 22, will also have special health camps, cleanliness drives & efforts to keep the yatra plastic-free.
