Suspended Assin Central NDC Secretary, Sadique Broni Yeboah, has given the party a three-day ultimatum to reverse his suspension or face legal action. Lawyers for Yeboah contend that his suspension is against the principles of natural justice and fair hearing, and that it violates the party's articles 48 and 49. If the party does not rescind the decision and provide Yeboah with a fair hearing within the stipulated timeframe, he will take legal action.
