SNDL Inc. acquires Indiva Limited's shares and business assets under Indiva's CCAA proceedings.

SNDL Inc. has entered into a purchase agreement with Indiva Limited and its subsidiaries to acquire all of Indiva's shares and business assets. The deal includes a credit bid of Indiva's debt to SNDL, retention of certain liabilities, and cash payments to cover priority debts and CCAA Proceedings costs. This agreement was made during Indiva's proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada).
