Richmond RCMP seek public help to identify suspect in alleged unprovoked stranger assault on July 2. The victim claims he was punched in the face by an unknown Black male, 5'9" tall, with a heavy build, wearing a grey long sleeve top, black pants, white and blue Jordan 11 runners, and carrying a white backpack. The incident took place near CF Richmond Centre, and the suspect is believed to have entered the mall at 11:20 a.m. and exited at 11:57 a.m. before allegedly committing the assault.
