The Ministry of Labour in Qatar, in collaboration with the International Labour Organisation, conducted an extensive training program to empower labour community leaders. The course provided practical training to improve leaders' skills and keep them updated with labour market changes. This initiative supports the ongoing collaboration between the Ministry and ILO to achieve common goals, such as qualifying expatriate labour cadres and developing their potential.
