NAICOM directs African Alliance Insurance Plc to settle outstanding claims of their customers due to increased complaints by annuitants and insurance claimants. The company was also asked to submit a turnaround plan for addressing current challenges under the Regulatory Order (RO). Failure to resolve issues within the stipulated grace period may result in further regulatory actions.
