Men with spinal cord injuries (SCIs) often face fertility issues, but a Miami clinic has helped 200 fathers conceive since 1990s. The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, part of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, has successfully used fertility treatment to help men with SCIs start families. Dr. Emad Ibrahim, director of the Male Fertility Research Program, calls the achievement "amazing."
