A juror in a murder-conspiracy trial related to the Coutts border blockade in Alberta was dismissed for falling asleep during testimony. The Court of King's Bench Justice David Labrenz informed the panel that the female juror had difficulty staying awake and had been observed dozing during the trial of Anthony Olienick and Chris Carbert.
