A spearfisher was killed by a boat in the Florida Keys near mile marker 39 on Friday afternoon. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is investigating the incident and seeking information about a 32-foot Contender boat with white T-top, white hull, and blue paint, bearing twin white Mercury outboard engines.
