East Palestine residents can attend an open house and meeting on July 23, from 4-7pm, at the East Palestine High School gym to learn about scientific data gathered after the 2023 train derailment. The Ohio/Pennsylvania University Research Consortium, including researchers from seven universities, the East Palestine health community, and responding agencies, will provide updates on soil and sediment data analysis and ongoing studies related to the derailment.
