Due to unsettled weather forecasts, several Connecticut fireworks events have been postponed, including the "Dutch" Fogarty Fourth of July Celebration in Manchester and Stamford's Independence Day fireworks display. Both events have been rescheduled for July 7th, with entertainment and fireworks commencing at 4 PM and 6 PM respectively, followed by fireworks at 9:30 PM and 9 PM.
