Canadian automotive software firm LeddarTech obtains temporary waiver on cash balance under Desjardins credit facility.

LeddarTech, a Canadian automotive software company, has obtained a waiver under its credit facility with Desjardins. The waiver temporarily reduces the required minimum unencumbered cash balance from C$5.0m to C$3.5m from July 5 to 6, and to C$1.8m from July 7 to 26. The company's technology, LeddarVision, focuses on advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), autonomous driving (AD), and parking applications.
