Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) fines Cameroon Football Association President, Samuel Eto'o, $200,000 for violating ethics. Eto'o faced charges of alleged match manipulation, but there was insufficient evidence to prove this. However, he was found guilty of violating CAF's ethics principles by signing a brand ambassador contract with betting company 1XBET, in breach of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the CAF Statutes.
