Water levels in Bihar rivers are rising due to heavy rainfall in the last 24 hours, according to officials. Light to moderate rain has been recorded in several districts including Banka, Begusarai, Bhagalpur, and others since July 4. In response, residents in low-lying areas of East and West Champaran districts have been relocated to safer places by district administrations.
