Bengaluru Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) has set a deadline of July 8 for service providers to remove unauthorized Optical Fiber Cables, data cables, and dish cables from electrical poles within its jurisdiction. If providers fail to do so, BESCOM will remove the cables itself. Service providers will be held responsible for any incidents and may face legal action for non-compliance.
