Belgian cyclist, Remco Evenepoel, claimed victory in the 7th stage of the Tour de France, an individual 25.3-km time trial from Nuits-Saint-Georges. Evenepoel, the world time trial champion, finished 12 seconds ahead of Slovenian leader Tadej Pogacar, while Primoz Roglic was third at 34 seconds and Jonas Vingegaard in fourth at 37 seconds. The win marks Evenepoel's first Tour de France stage win and consolidates his second place in the general classification, trailing Pogacar by 33 seconds.
