Bandhan Bank appoints Ratan Kumar Kesh as interim MD & CEO, succeeding Chandra Shekhar Ghosh upon his retirement.

Bandhan Bank appoints Ratan Kumar Kesh as its interim Managing Director & CEO, starting from July 10, following the retirement of Chandra Shekhar Ghosh. Kesh, the bank's Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer, will serve until a new MD&CEO is appointed. Ghosh, the bank's founder, led it since its establishment in August 2015. The Reserve Bank of India approved Kesh's appointment, which is subject to shareholder approval.
