African Swine Fever (ASF) has been reported in a farm in Kerala's Thrissur district, leading to the culling of 310 pigs. The highly contagious viral disease affects both domestic and wild pigs. The Thrissur district collector has declared a one-kilometer radius around the infected farm as a disease-affected area and a 10-kilometer radius as a disease surveillance area.
