17-year-old female pilot died in a single-plane crash near Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pennsylvania on July 4 around 10 a.m. The single-engine Cessna 172 crashed into a wooded area on Allegheny Street in Woodward Township. Emergency responders closed nearby roadways and requested the public to avoid the area during the investigation. The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the incident.
