Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami directs establishment of Centers of Excellence in Garhwal & Kumaon to promote technical education. He emphasizes on improving campus placements, modern courses & equipment in institutes, and recording data on youth's employment & further education. Virtual labs to be set up with IIT Roorkee's help, and a state career counseling center for unemployed youth.
