Reform UK's Lee Anderson has won the Ashfield seat in the UK General Election, marking the party's first elected MP. Anderson, who defected from the Tories in January, won 17,062 votes, with Labour coming in second place with 11,554 votes. Reform UK, formerly known as the Brexit Party, was founded in 2018 by Nigel Farage, and this is the party's first seat in the UK Parliament.
