Montreal home sales increased by 6.4% in June compared to the same month in 2023, reaching 3,830 sales, according to the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers. The median price for all housing types rose year-over-year, with a 7.2% increase for plexes and 5.8% for single-family homes. Active listings jumped 24.4% to 18,620 in June.
