Independent Media Agencies Association (IMAA) is pushing for a 50% share of Australia's Federal Government's $163m media buying duties, after their proposal for an independent agency consortium to service the account was rejected. IMAA continues to advocate for 50% of government procurement to come from Australian-owned businesses and seeks to engage with governments on the importance of allowing independent agencies a fair opportunity.
