Hilton Prague, once owned by Sean Quinn, is being sold by IBRC liquidators for up to €300m.

The Hilton Prague, once part of businessman Sean Quinn's empire, is now being sold for up to €300m by liquidators of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC). The 791-bedroom property is expected to attract extensive investor interest due to its strong performance in the MICE market. Spanning 81,000 sq m, it's the largest branded hotel in the Czech Republic and has hosted three US presidents.
