Google plans to build a third data center in Dublin at Grange Castle to address rising demand for ICT services in Ireland. The 72,400 sqm data center will create 800 construction jobs and 50 operational positions, with an expected completion date in Q2 2027. Google aims to reach 60% carbon-free energy by 2025, with a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for 58MW of new-to-the-grid capacity from the Tullabeg Solar Farm.
