Brown County law enforcement arrested two suspects following a traffic stop for expired registration. Daniel Jennings, 50, was charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, and illegal vehicle registration. Tara Hamilton, 37, was also charged with possession of meth, marijuana, opiate, drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding warrant.
