27-year-old Xavier Bass, from Georgia, was arrested for murdering his father, Gene Bass, in Fort Worth, Texas, after a gun dispute.
27-year-old Xavier Bass from Georgia has been arrested in connection with the murder of his father, 54-year-old Gene Bass, in Fort Worth, Texas. According to witnesses, Xavier shot his father multiple times after a confrontation about playing with a gun. Gene, a retired master sergeant and JROTC instructor, died from gunshot wounds to his upper body. Xavier was arrested in Valdosta, Georgia the following day.
