Tonya Whiteside, 51, died at the scene after failing to stop at the intersection, while Christopher Harris, 47, and Tyler Myers, 21, were injured and airlifted to the hospital. Preliminary findings suggest the car disregarded a stop sign, and no drugs or alcohol were involved. The Bartholomew County Accident Reconstruction Team is continuing its investigation.
