Netflix's Horizon Zero Dawn series has reportedly been canceled due to allegations against planned showrunner Steve Blackman. Netflix and Sony had announced plans to adapt Aloy's adventures from the popular PlayStation game into a live-action series, but the project is now on hold following accusations that Blackman, who was also showrunner for The Umbrella Academy, created a toxic workplace environment.
