Houston murder suspect Quan Flowers has been charged with the kidnapping of missing Baytown woman, Kaile Goodwin. Goodwin was last seen on April 21 and her mother received a call the next day from an unknown man demanding money. Police identified the Cash App account owner, who was linked to Flowers, and found Goodwin's car at her apartment complex. Flowers is also charged with the murder of 24-year-old Megan Rouse in Houston.
