Martin Lewis warns university students and graduates that due to a "little-known debt change," those who began their studies in or after 2023 in England face paying their student loans for a longer period. The change increases the repayment period to 40 years, compared to the previous 25 or 30 years, potentially resulting in more students paying back their loans over a longer period.
