Two Alabama grocery stores, Fresh Value locations in Tuscaloosa and Pell City, have installed AI-powered ammunition vending machines, developed by American Rounds. The machines use card scanning and facial recognition software to verify a buyer's identification and age before dispensing ammunition. American Rounds plans to expand these machines to other locations across Alabama.
