A tire detached from a truck towing a camper on I-95 in Maine and struck a Mercedes sedan, killing the driver. The 49-year-old victim, identified as Justin Nsenga of Old Orchard Beach, died at the scene. The driver of the truck, a 43-year-old man from Quebec, and his four passengers were not injured. The incident occurred on Monday near the Gray-Cumberland line around 11:30 a.m.
