33-year-old Emilio Cruz Jr. was arrested and charged with failure to stop and render aid in connection to the death of 61-year-old Enrique Godinez, whose body was found by construction workers in a drainage ditch in Needville, Texas. Godinez had been reported missing and deputies found debris from a car and a damaged bike near the scene. Cruz Jr. was arrested and booked into the Fort Bend County Jail with a $100,000 bond.
