38-year-old daycare director Melissa Populo of Allegheny County, PA, has been charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of children after videos surfaced showing her abusing toddlers at her daycare center, Gloworms Academy. She allegedly hit a 14-month-old for not eating, and force-fed others while slapping and dragging other children. Populo denies the charges and is scheduled for arraignment.
